      Disposition:
✓ Protective: It's a huge part of his job as a Pro Hero and a vast part of his personality anchors on the idea of being a person that people can run to and rely on when things get rough. One of his catch phrase even reassures people to not worry because he is simply present— he wants to be a beacon of hope for anyone who is troubled or in danger. All Might is seen especially protective of any of his students as noted when the League of Villains attacked the school to the point where he wiped off his signature smile to show just how enraged he was. Basically, don't mess with his kids or anyone else he may care about. His protectiveness is a key part of his personality and responsible for any rash decisions and motivations he has.

✓ Noble: He has an incredible sense of morals and justice and gladly goes out of his way to do what is right even if it means endangering himself to rescue someone else. On top of that, he seems to be a rather quaint individual who can be almost overly polite and considerate of everyone else around him. Everybody else comes first before him and that is an essential part of his personality that won't ever change.

      — Self-sacrificial: I consider this both a positive and negative trait. He typically pushes himself to the most extreme in dire times, putting himself in incredible risk for others. As ranked as Number One hero, this is extremely important to his personality as well. Even when he was severely injured, he insisted on pushing himself despite being in poor condition, going against doctors' orders, which leads to the next point...

      — Headstrong: ...is being headstrong and stubborn. Toshinori suffers from an injury that leaves his respiratory system and his stomach removed. Even so, he still fights crime and overexerts himself. He's also seen stubborn in his decision to pass his Quirk onto another Quirkless person rather than a protege that the U.A. was grooming. Once he has made his mind up on something, there really is no going back.

✗ Recklessness: He's a bit all over the place with a lot of things, but as mentioned, Toshinori does push himself to the extreme even in his older age. He doesn't seem to be considerate of his health or any other negative outcomes when he has set his mind on something. An example is pushing his Quirk to it's highest capacity to defeat his arch nemesis which eventually makes his Quirk burn out, making him Quirkess again. On top of that, he's done plenty of damage to the city (without harming citizens, at least) simply because he has his eyes focused on victory. You know, a typical superhero flaw.

      Under pressure:
Toshinori will, at first, need a few days to calm down, but he'll be very keen on finding answers to this world that he's been brought into. There are plenty of questions he'll have, but he'll save them for later. Toshinori will be eager to form an alliance with the government here so that he can get the answers he's looking for, but that's a long term goal. If intimacy is truly what this world needs, he won't have too much of an issue with that. After all, he'll do everything he can to help other people. This will result in some eagerness on his end, not ashamed of being intimate with others if it's for the greater good. Another goal of his will be to form a bond with the police here so that he may work alongside them should there be any danger. Basically, he's making the best of the situation and adapting rather well, accustomed to drastic situations and helping others all over the world. He was the beacon of hope back home, so why should any of that change here?

Condition upon arrival: From an intense battle in the past, Toshinori has undergone plenty of operations but he still has a damaged respiratory system and a lack of a stomach. I would prefer to leave this aspect about him alone as I think it is crucial to his character. He functions fine in his condition; just a little restrictive and can only use his Quirk for a limited amount of time before he needs to rest. I'll work with any excuse the mods give me so that he still remains with this characteristic. He'll be extremely stressed mentally but refuse to show any signs of it besides the occasional anxiety.

      Abilities:
Quirk "One for All": It is a super strong ability that stockpiles power and also allows the user to pass it on to someone else before eventually burning out. It also changes the appearance of its user, and in Toshinori's case it makes him an extremely muscular guy that completely hides his true identity. One for All is a combat Quirk that can obliterate a buildings with a singular punch, enhances speed, strength, durability, etc. He can jump far distances with his legs as if he were flying, manipulate the atmosphere (even changing the weather from the whirlwinds and changes in wind pressure he can make) and break hard structures, such as concrete, without scratching his body.
In a later canon point that I am taking him from, Toshinori loses his power, basically becoming Quirkless again. In Noctium, he's taken from an earlier canon point where he can still use his Quirk, but it will be nerfed in different ways and his Quirk still has to be accessed carefully, risk it burning out or using too much Manna..

Intelligence: Toshinori is rather clever in a combative mode, but he's shown having moments of oafishness, making him humorous to an extent. He doesn't always think things through in his daily life, but Toshinori is highly intelligent when it comes to combating with someone else or using strategy again a villain.

Strength (capped): As mentioned, he is so strong, a singular punch can destroy buildings and manipulate the weather and he can jump long distances. In Noctium, Toshinori will still have enough strength to punch a person and send them flying or break a wall with a single punch, but his gusts of wind caused from his attacks will not change the atmosphere or destroy buildings from it's wind power alone.

Speed: Even with weights on as a handicap, All Might is faster than his students to where he can appear at the blink of an eye. This part of his power will go un-nerfed. Let him be a speedy boy.

Durability (capped): He's not quite invincible, but he's very sturdy. An example is he called explosions to his face "uncomfortable" and "stinging." In Noctium, Toshinori will be realistically durable as somebody who is as muscular as him (e.g an explosion to the face will cause critical damage and not merely "sting.") This will make him easier to defeat should he have to fight anyone.

      Inventory:
      1. His personal cellphone.
      2. His yellow and black suit (on his person at the time.)
      3. idk.. dad stuff.. like his wallet...

      Gembond: Amethyst.
Gem Location: Toshinori has a nasty scar across the left side of his body. I'm gonna place the gem right smack dab in the middle of that. Make it pretty.
